Administrative Applications Hosting and Development
• Fixed Assets System:
This system is to maintain and control all the fixed assets in an organization, and to handle all related transactions (Purchase, Sell, Transfer, Destruction, Depreciation, Insurance, Maintenance) and automatically produce all the postings entries related to these transactions. And recently we’ve applied the Bar Coding techniques in controlling the items.
• Stationary System:
This system is to maintain and control all the stationary items in an organization, it’s a centralized system to handle Purchasing all stationary items, then distributing them among different branches and departments and automatically do all related posting entries. It applies both FIFO & Cost Average Concepts to maintain the inventory.
• Payroll System:
This system serves the HR department; it consists of different sub modules to handle all related HR issues of the staff, such as
(Basic information, Indemnity, Medical Insurance, Vacations, Organization Charts, Salary scale, Payroll, Skills Management, …etc).
• Training System:
This system keeps records of all staff’s training. It has been built with link to payroll system and should be implemented after implementing payroll system. Features such as Training budgeting, Training posting entries and an automatically update to skills management module on payroll system have been added to system.
• Attendance System:
This system keeps records of all staff’s daily attendance / working hours. It has been built with link to payroll system and should be implemented after implementing payroll system. It reads a daily file from the entrances accessing readers that tracks the (in / out) traffic.
All administrative systems have been built under one security system which control defining users and granting them different authorities levels on data and programs.
